Cost:

•  Georgia MLS is a flat monthly fee service to real estate brokers and their sales agents. Startup fees include a $500 initiation fee, along with the first month’s membership dues of $100.  The monthly fees are $100 a month to the office, and $20 a month per licensee within the office. A timely payment credit of $20 will be applied to the bill if the invoice is paid by the 25 th   of each month. Georgia MLS does not charge listing input fees or transaction fees.

•  To join as an appraiser, there is a onetime $50 initiation fee; and then $44 a month for each appraiser member.

• RE/Xplorer 2 – RE/Xplorer 2 is an internet based online system allowing members to add, edit, and search listings all in one place. With the ability to run CMA’s, set and save searches for contacts, and prospect, this program is very versatile in helping you with your day to day Real Estate needs.

•  GAMLS Pro - Georgia MLS Pro is an auxiliary listing database offering a user friendly way to search view and print the Georgia MLS listing database. The in-depth statistical reports available through georgiamlspro.com or gamlspro.com can help you distinguish your services as a trusted real estate advisor.  

•  CRS Power Tool - Georgia MLS’ new Courthouse Retrieval System provides access to 39 counties of public records allowing members to research ownership, sales data, property tax information and comparables.  

•  Transaction Desk/ GAR Contract Forms – From contact, to contract, to closing, Transaction Desk allows members to electronically manage every aspect of their transaction. Complete with GAR contract forms, Digital Signatures, USPS Electronic Postmark Stamps ® , and unlimited incoming and outgoing fax capabilities, members can manage their transaction in a paperless environment.

•  Office/Agent Websites – Guaranteed a branded web presence, every member agent and office is provided with a professional and customizable website. Consumers can register for their own client portal and search the Georgia MLS listing database, while members monitor their activity through back end reports.

•  Mobile Access – With a web enabled device, members can have mobile access to the Georgia MLS listing database.

•  Supra – Georgia MLS members can lease Supra’s ActiveKey, or eKEY, allowing secure yet convenient access to other member’s listings, while providing an audit trail of entry activity by people, place and time.
