Days
on Market Field for Active Listings
In
an effort to assist our members in formulating
market condition reports, such as BPOs, Georgia
MLS has added the Days on Market field for active
listings. The Days on Market field ("DOM")
can be viewed at the bottom of the Full Report,
Text Report, One Page Report, Summary 3 Up Report,
and the Presentation 3 Up Report within RE/Xplorer.
The addition of the "DOM" field can
be viewed across all property types and can be
added as a searchable field by selecting "Edit
Search" on the search template, then selecting
"Market Time" under the appropriate
property type.
